During these unprecedented times Alden has taken drastic measures to ensure the safety of our staff and our members. We continue to follow guidance from the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), as well as federal, state and local agencies. Rest assured we’re taking precautions, including:
- Regularly disinfecting areas where transactions occur with hospital grade disinfectant, including ATM screens and keypads
- Hand sanitizer is available in our branches
- Washing hands frequently and wearing protective gloves
- Increasing social distancing measures by limiting the number of Members in the branch at one time
- Installing safety shields at member service stations
Public safety and our Members needs are Alden’s most important priorities. We are prepared and confident in our Business Continuity Plan. We are fortunate that many of our banking services are available 24/7, from almost any location, with our online banking, mobile check deposit and bill pay services. We encourage you to consider using our online banking services to meet your needs.We want to stress that at Alden we will continue to be here and support our community as we have for over 80 years. We will continue to lend money to our members as their personal and business needs warrant and we will work together to make sure we get through these difficult times together.
